After many years in the corporate sector, the inspiration for opening a BrightStar Care agency came from her own family experience. This difficult and arduous process affirmed her commitment in bringing about a change in the homecare arena. Maureen is proud of BrightStar Care’s commitment in delivering better outcomes and superior patient advocacy. Maureen is currently a Certified Senior Advisor. She serves as a board member for the Senior Umbrella Network of Nassau, is Vice President of the Long Island Coalition for the Aging, and a committee member for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
