Russell is the president of RPG Wealth Management, Inc., (rpgwealthmanagement.com) an independent firm offering a full variety of investment and advisory services for individuals, retirement accounts and 401k plans, small businesses, guardians and trustees via Cabot Lodge Securities, clearing through RBC Correspondent Services. Russell has over 34 years experience in the securities industry at firms such as Smith Barney, Shearson Lehman Brothers and B Riley Wealth Management in his capacity as a financial advisor and branch manager while holding Series 4,7, 8, 24, 53, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as life insurance and annuities in New York state. Russell earned his B.S from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Russell has served on the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce’s Street Fair and Holiday Lighting committees prior to becoming a board member in 2020. Bill grew up in Syosset and is one of the founding members of the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the Treasurer on the Chamber Board, having served in that position previously, is a member of the annual Holiday Lighting Event since its inception, and a member of the Nominating Committee.
He is a Principal in William J. Chabina Company, Inc. an independent Insurance Agency representing many of the major and regional insurance companies in the US. The Agency is and has been as trusted insurance advisor to clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area for over 60 years providing Business, Commercial, and Personal insurance.
Bill has always been active in the Chamber. He feels it is a very important asset to the Syosset Woodbury Business Community.

Community Relations Manager for Syosset & Plainview Hospital
As the Community Relations Manager for Syosset and Plainview Hospitals, Christine Patti is part of the Northwell Health System. She serves as the liaison between the community and the hospitals, and plans and facilitates all events between the two. Alan Goldberg, CardWorks Merchant Services and Water Solutions of Long Island
Alan is the founder and President of Water Solutions of Long Island, a Long Island based company specializing in Bottle-less Water Coolers for businesses and under sink and whole house filtration for residences. He also helps his clients with Merchant Services as Director of Business Development for CardWorks Merchant Services, a Syosset- based Credit Card Processing provider, with over 70 Billion in Annual Charge Volume.
Alan earned a BBA in Management from Hofstra University and has held sales & management positions in a Fortune 100 company, as well as strategic sales & management positions in several technology and transaction based companies. He is a “Trusted Advisor” for his clients.
Alan serves as board member of the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, serving, Chairman of Membership committee, Chairman of the Networking committee, and chaired the tremendously successful 2019 Street Fair committee. He was voted the Syosset Woodbury Chamber’s Business Person of the Year for both 2018 and 2020. He also holds a position on the Board of Directors of the Plainview Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Chair of the Networking committee and Co-Chair of Membership committee.

Amanda Johnson is the owner and lead designer of Balloons by Amanda, based in Syosset, that offers professional balloon decorating service to elevate any occasion; private, corporate and non-profit events. “If you celebrate it, we decorate it”. With over 20 years of experience, she has a passion for creating something special and unique. Amanda has been actively involved with the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce since joining in 2018. Attending general meetings, networking events and Grand Openings. In addition, she has been part of the tremendously successful Street Fair and Holiday Lighting Spectacular. committees.
She is honored to be serving her first term on the Board of Directors for the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. Amanda is very proud of her husband Ken who has been a volunteer firefighter with Syosset Fire Department for over 40 years (ex-chief!) and is currently the Syosset Fire Districts education specialist going into schools with the message of fire safety and prevention.

Charo Ezdrin served as the president of the Chamber from 2016 through 2019. Charo opened her own law firm in 2010 and in 2016 she expanded her Firm which is now named Ezdrin & Woods, PC, located on Jackson Avenue in Syosset. Her area of expertise is family, matrimonial, and criminal law. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, a community leader for the Nassau County Police Commissioners Community Council, previously a Commissioner on the Nassau County Bridge Authority, and an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial, Family, and Criminal Law Committees. Jessikah began her career at Syosset Public Library in 2002 as a trainee in the Children’s Department. While developing her skillset to include networking, event planning, and community partnerships, Jessikah has moved into the position of Community Engagement Specialist where she has been instrumental in launching Turn the Page, the Syosset Library’s Podcast, the Little Free Library book exchange by the Syosset LIRR (soon to include two more locations), and the library’s many large scale events including Sy-con, the library’s Pop-Culture convention that has seen over 3,000 attendees throughout each of its two runs.

Maureen Nickel is the owner of BrightStar Homecare located in Woodbury and serving Long Island communities. After many years in the corporate sector, the inspiration for opening a BrightStar Care agency came from her own family experience.
