2025 Business Person of the Year

Dear Chamber Member,

We are requesting your participation in selecting the 2025 Syosset/Woodbury Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year.

We ask that you nominate the business leader of your choice along with a few words as to why you are selecting this person. Please follow these eligibility requirements:

• An active member of our Chamber of Commerce
• An owner or manager of a business that is in our community
• Has made a significant contribution to the local economy and the advancement of the Chamber
• Has made a meaningful and important contribution to the general welfare of the community

Please note that these recent past recipients of this award are not eligible to be nominated: Alan Goldberg (2020), Amanda Johnson (2021), Russell Green,(2022), Tami Racaniello (2023)  and Kenya Zachary (2024).

Once the nominees are reviewed by the nominating committee and presented to the board for a final vote, the recipient of this honor will be announced to the Chamber.

The recipient of this award will be honored at the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce’s 40th Annual Businessperson of the Year and Legislative Breakfast on October 31st at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
