We provide our patient and in home Occupational and Physical Therapy for any pain management, arthritis, shoulder, neck/back and knee issues. We are specialized in home safety assessments and fall risk management. We recently expanded the facility to include pediatric sensory gym to focus on needs for autism, developmental delay and sensory motor impairments.
