Executive Board

	President: Danielle Delgrosso, Astoria Federal Savings Bank, has worked for Astoria Federal for seventeen years. She held various positions of increasing responsibility at the Syosset branch prior to becoming the Branch Manager in 2004. Very active in the community, Danielle has been recognized by the Nassau County Chambers of Commerce as the 2007 Small Businessperson of the Year. She also received the 2006 Spirit of Syosset Award for her active participation in community organizations. She is a member of the Syosset/Woodbury Rotary and is Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Syosset/Woodbury. Danielle has been a Syosset resident for 30 years and is the proud mother of daughter, Stephanie, and son, Michael. She is grateful for their love and support.
	1st Vice President: Dr. Lisa Predmore, AuD is a licensed Clinical Audiologist with offices in Syosset and Manhasset. She has spent most of her life as a Syosset resident and is currently a member of the Syosset-Woodbury Rotary Club, an active member of the Berry Hill Elementary School PTA and Syosset Baseball’s tee ball division. Her Chamber activities include the Holiday Lighting Committee and the Annual Golf Outing, which she Co-Chairs. She also serves on the Town of Oyster Bay’s Syosset Hamlet Revitalization Committee. Dr. Predmore resides in Syosset with her husband Dale and her children, Danny and Alison.
	2nd Vice President: Hon. Chris J. Coschignano is presently serving his third term as a Town of Oyster Bay Councilman. A lifelong Syosset resident, Councilman Coschignano is active in all aspects of our community, from his involvement with the Syosset Chamber of Commerce to his leadership of the Syosset Downtown Revitalization & Redevelopment Committee, a citizens' group dedicated to restoring downtown Syosset to its former glory. In 2009, Councilman Coschignano helped obtain a $1.5 million grant for the Downtown Syosset Streetscape project, which is slated to begin in 2010. Councilman Coschignano, a partner in the prestigious LI Law Firm of Jaspan Schlesinger, LLP, specializes in many aspects of law, including Real Estate, Business/ Corporate/ Commercial Law, and Land Use and Zoning. He has also been appointed by the Supreme Court of the State of New York to serve as a Court-Appointed Receiver and Referee.
	3rd Vice President: Sofi Kaufman is the Director of SMK Consulting, a PR and Business Development firm that has just celebrated its eighth year. The 2008 Syosset Chamber of Commerce Director of the Year, Sofi has a background in advertising, human resources, law, and management and has been involved with government and non-profits for more than twenty years. Having begun her tenure with the Syosset Chamber in Village Planning in 1999, her accomplishments include participating in the annual Syosset Holiday Lighting Spectacular and conceiving and developing the very popular Chefs' Nite Out event - for which she has served as Chairperson since the beginning. She has also served as Co-Chairperson of the Raffles and Silent Auction Committees for the American Heart Association’s annual luncheon since 2007.A Woodbury resident for 25 years, Sofi is happily married to Mitchell, a Principal Law Clerk to an Associate Justice of the Appellate Term in Queens County.
	Secretary: Philip Rhoads, Civic Member, is a United States Coast Guard-licensed Captain and is employed by the Town of Oyster Bay as a Bay Constable in the Department of Public Safety’s Marine Enforcement Division. Having served on or chaired numerous committees during his ten years with the Syosset Chamber of Commerce, Phil sat on the Board of Directors for six years prior to moving up to a position as an officer. In 2003, he received the Chamber's very first "Spirit of Syosset" award. Phil presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay and is a Life Member of the Syosset VFW and the American Legion. Phil has lived in Syosset with his wife, Karen, and their two children, Brittni and Bryan, since 1994.
	Treasurer: William J Chabina, Jr, grew up in Syosset. He and his brother, Cliff, are principals of William J. Chabina Company, Inc., a Syosset-based agency that provides business, commercial, and personal insurance. A founding member of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce, Bill has served on various committees and as a Director on the Chamber Board since 2003. He is currently Chairperson of the Chamber's Nominating committee and also serves on the Town of Oyster Bay's Syosset Hamlet Revitalization Committee. In 2005 and 2006, Bill was honored as "Chamber Director of the Year," and in 2004, was selected by the Nassau Council of Chambers as "Businessperson of the Year."
